Sharon Saine I bought my Jeep Liberty 2002, in February 2006 without any info about the recall since that time we have replace the ball joints 4 times but the problem does not stop. It sounds like the front end is
about to collaspes. We recently replace the ball joint again, the service man said that could be in the upper / lower control arm or in the outer tie rod. I want to know why are we still having so much problem with this. And we have gone through more than 5 sets of tires within the time we period that we have had this jeep. We want to have this resolved without anymore expense coming out of pocket.
Please have someone contact us by phone 706-348-1253 or email us a letter to take to the dealer to have this fixs. Thank you, Sharon Saine

sue adair they should be ashamed to save money to put roreign unreliable parts weighed against the lives of americans is unforgiveable and the sad part is i liked my car I just did not feel comfortable thinking the front might collapse at any time 9/20/2006
sue adair they have told me they do not have the parts to fix my car 2006 less than a year old and say they will return my money. I traded in a car and paid cash what can I expect from them they have sent me no recall letter they said they fixed some but are out of parts my daughter drives a 3005 and has had no recall notice either 9/20/2006
