C I enjoyed the article, but I would suggest that you refrain from using capitals in your writing style. – A good substitute would be italics.

Also a few instances you wrote him. I would recommend you keep your article gender neutral. My two cents… - Thank you,

Divi I worked with the NASCAR Official Store for much of its 10- month span. Two of the managers were terrible, and I left because of the last ones made keyholders. Valued employees also left after only a two to five month span, and the company lost its licensing contract with NASCAR. That whole company seemed very poorly managed- at least the Chicago location did. The last man was a jerk who didn't want to be informed of even the most necessary things to keep an operation going, like the register needing change from the safe, and he had a nasty hand-waving maneuver that was very "street" and offensive. The lady who was fired before him once told me during a slow day, "Why don't you go sell something?" when there was barely anyone around and she could have handled the customer if I had stocking or cleaning to do, and there was always plenty of that. Then they hired a young woman barely in her 20s, and I think she lasted until only a month or so before the shop closed. The overall best manager was the "second Greg" who left for a better job with a railroad company. The "first Greg" even told customers he owned the company, and had a very suspicious nature including saying things that had no truth and made no sense. I think he was fired. All together, in 10 months, that one store had 6 keyholder managers. 6/28/2007
