David Gray This article covers a lot of ground in its short span and is more accurate than a lot of longer texts I have read. However, Sasoon was living at Heytesbury Hall before the WWII began as his letters to S. C. Cockerell show; and the thought of him walking (or riding) down to the village pub for a pint is priceless if only it were true. 9/28/2008
