Jill Knapp This is a great article. I have Type 2 diabetes and have lost over 90 pounds now. The rewards are incredible and there is nothing like how I feel now. I am a pubic speaker and advocate for the American Diabetes Association as a result of my hard work. I most love speaking to the youth and teaching them the importance of eating right and exercising.

Maree Yes its a great article.

Obesity is right up there as one of the major casues of cancer.

They are in order

1/ Stop Smoking. No1 cause of cancer.

2/ Reduce obesity and inactivity.

3/ Have a Diet of natural foods rich in nutrients. Avoid refined foods and artificial colors, flavour and preservatives, Eat lots of Vegetables, not too much alcohol

4/ Watch what you put on your skin as it will get in your blood as well. No not just through a cut or scratch. Your skin can absorb good and bad things. EG look at the nicotine patches..., you put them on your skin.

I beleive the best way to rewduct weight is to do weight training.

It build mussle and increases metabolosm 24/7

it like putting a V8 in your car, it will burn more gas.
