Beyonce i think this could really work for me because I'm active at school and afterwords at home and with my friends during the weekends. These food changes are minor and i think it's for the better and for my health, hopefully rhis will help me lose my 30 lbs i want to lose to be 90 lbs by the end of the summer. Felisha This is a good article, no doubt. I am a teen, and I found this useful, because I do go to the gym every other day, and work out in between those days. However, most teenagers cannot afford the time to spend "a few hours" at the gym. Just thirty minutes, 3-6 times a week is a very good start to the road of fitness. 1/23/2008
