Mariah Thank you for publishing this. This has helped me greatly. :) I absolutely agree with the whole excercising everyday thing,...I dance and have gym class everyday. I exercise allll the time,...but never have results. And recently, I was called overweight and told that I needed to lose 30 pounds,...I am only 15 and I already had self-esteem issues before I was told this. :) THANKS AGAIN! 5/24/2009
Unknown Now, I am doing exactly what Nika did in the past. I exercise all of the time, and still I get no results. I try, and I try, and I try, time and time again. I stopped eating breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner. I tell my mom that I don't have time to eat breakfast in the morning because I have to get ready for school. I tell her I don't eat lunch because I hate when people watch me eat. And when she is at work I feed my dog food and throw the trash in the trash can so it looks like I ate something and so she will notice food is missing. Not eating worked at first, then the next thing I know is I start to gain weight. I know I never should have started to starve myself, but sometimes you just get tired of hearing people call you fat. And I had to do something more effective before you just snap and loose all control. And you decide to hurt the people physically that hurt your feelings. Then it would be the top story all over the U.S. "Girl Tired of being Called Fat so She Shoots Up School". Now, instead of starving myself I eat healthy foods, not until I am full but until I am no longer hungry. 8/22/2008
