Wrestling
Wrestling is an amateur and professional sport in which two individuals try to pin each other's bodies to a mat by using various holds and movements. Today, the two main types of wrestling practiced worldwide are Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, which are also the only two types included in the Olympics. Freestyle wrestling allows using one's legs to hold and lift an opponent, whereas Greco-Roman wrestling doesn't allow such moves and also prohibits any holds below the waist. Among the other types of amateur and professional wrestling are sumo wrestling and arm wrestling. This section focuses on wrestling and armsports.
