Teaching Methods and Theories

Teaching theories and scientific methods of teaching. Teaching includes a great number of resources in this century. Teachers are able to effectively train students in any subject, with print textbooks, Internet resources, and interactive technology. Theories abound in our present day culture. Teachers are to assist students to be seekers of the truth, and often this means studying varying opinions to find the one most suitable for presentation. Theories or hypotheses are unproved ideas. These terms are used interchangeably with the word philosophy, coming from a group of French intellectuals who provide the basis for the Enlightenment movement. These men included Voltaire, Jean Jacques Rousseau, A.R.J Turgo, and Montesquieu. The links herein deal specifically with teaching methods and theories.
