School Holidays
Holidays are days set aside for special traditions or religious occasions. Schools include holidays in their scheduled days off throughout the term, and those include, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday, spring break, and others. Before holiday breaks, teachers are encouraged to commemorate special occasions and use the occasion to teach certain messages regarding the reason behind the holiday. During the holiday, teachers are often able to use the time for further education and seminars.
