Primary and Secondary Education Awards and Honors Programs
Medals and awards are to honor those who have accomplished special projects, or levels of learning. Many governments give medal and decorations during war and peace times. Also awards are given to students who have mastered certain levels of learning, in many subjects, including history, math, science, technology, language arts, athletics, and performing arts. Awards are also given in forms of scholarships applied to higher education. Many students attend college because of being the recipients of scholarship money. This money can pay for all classes and books, or may just cover living expenses through several years of college. Below are resources on primary and secondary school education awards, student scholarship and honors programs.
