Parents & Student Resources

The interest and involvement of a child's parents can have strong effect on how that child performs as a student. Children whose parents show interest and offer assistance in their children's learning experiences consistently outperform children whose parents show no interest, or who consider the education of their children to be "the school's job." Many parents wish to be more involved in education, but think they don't have the time, or simply don't know where to start. The links on this page can provide parents and students with resources they can use, in seeking ways to work together for the best possible education.
