International and Shipboard Undergraduate Programs

Graduate education is rigorous, specialized training in particular academic and professional fields concluding with a doctor or master's degree. Admission in the U. S. is based on students' undergraduate records, recommendations by professors, and scores on the Graduate Record Examinations. Educational programs in other countries differ considerably. In all countries education systems change in response to their economic, political, and social needs and ambitions. Modern travel and economic conditions now allow students to study in colleges not located in their own countries.
