Alumni & Student Societies

The social and cultural awareness that generally accompanies the experience of higher education often results in the formation and organization of groups and societies of students with similar ideas or some other common bond. One of the most common forms of student organizations are alumni associations, which serve to keep graduates of an institution in contact with one another after they have left that institution. Honor societies and social societies, including fraternities and sororities, are examples of other popular forms of student organizations. Students also tend to gravitate toward groups that promote or support particular political or social agendas. Below are links to information about various student groups and organizations.
