It extends from the 14th to the 32nd parallel north of the equator in southern North America. Brazil and Argentina are the only Latin American countries larger in area. The U. S. borders Mexico, as do Guatemala, Belize, the Gulf of Mexico, the Caribbean Sea, and the Pacific Ocean. The name is taken from the Moxica, one of seven Nahuatl tribes that inhabit the central highland. Below you will find links to educational facilities in Mexico.
