Advice and Counseling News and Publications

Originally the term 'publishing' meant to make publicly known. Now, however, it refers to the preparation and dissemination of written material for public consumption. This includes information contained in textbooks, works of nonfiction, newspapers, and periodicals as well as fiction, drama, and poetry. The information available on the Web sites listed here includes newsletters and publications that focus on careers, job-finding techniques, and research focusing on adolescent issues. News articles pertinent to these areas are summarized. Also made available are faculty guides at universities. Below are links to materials useful for teachers and counselors on the high school and college levels.
