VRML

VRML stands for Virtual Reality Modeling Language. Virtual Reality has gained its own definitions as computer technology continues to develop. Having been used almost interchangeably with cyberspace, VR has been in development since the 70s, when technologists figured out the production of animated computer pictures holding the same conditions, textures, and image of real-life objects. Used by military training schools for flight simulators, in manipulation of robot devices, and in the training of stroke victims' limbs, VR is viewed through headgear to which the images are directed via electronic connection. The experience is highly realistic, and hopes are to develop the ability to enter and manipulate VR. The links included herein relate specifically to VRML.
