Halloween Clip Art

Halloween began as a Celtic ritual on the night preceding November 1st, All Saints' or Hallow's Day. In trying to undo the spiritual prayers of the saints, witches performed tricks and stunts as a signal of their power. As the years past, All Saints' Day turned into a holiday, a night of candy-gathering and fun. From the bonfires and festivals for the dead in the Middle Ages, Halloween has turned into a night of play. Some original Celtic traditions are still used, and many enjoy the supernatural aspects of the holiday, but for most, it is a night for children. Included herein are resources on Halloween clip art, graphics and pictures.
