Internet Relay Chat Games
Internet Relay Chat and IRC games resources. In the late 1980s, Jarkko Oikarinen of Finland changed the way web browsers interacted online with the development of the Internet Relay Chat (IRC) system. Prior systems only allowed two participants at a time, but the IRC system lets multiple users join the same live Internet chats. Its only requirements are access to the Internet and possession of an IRC client, a computer application that sends and receives messages from the IRC server. The server then distributes all messages to chat members participating on that particular channel. The links included herein relate to IRC games.MyBuzzle Live Chat
