Art Teaching and Instructing
Teaching children art, music, dance, drama, poetry, literature, drawing and other forms of arts. Teaching is the purposeful imparting of information, skills or both to another individual or a group. Although an individual can learn without a teacher, a teacher cannot teach without a student. The concept of teaching can be greatly broadened to include computers, textbooks, or educational television. Generally speaking, however, the word 'teacher' refers to human beings, whether it be a parent, scout leader, or classroom teacher. The teacher may use various technologies as aids in instruction, but it is nonetheless the human teacher who decides what to teach.
