With the emergence and growth of a truly global economy, the laws governing international business transactions are becoming more specific and more important. As issues such as immigration move to the forefront of many countries’ concerns, it becomes the priority of international legislators to provide the proper regulatory standards. World trade has been increasing steadily in recent years and international commercial laws are and will continue to play a major role in its development.
