Manufactures & Consumer Product Safety

It is the responsibility of the manufacturer of a product to ensure that said product complies with certain regulatory standards that will ensure the safety of consumers when using the product to perform its intended function. If a certain product poses a health risk when being used for its intended purpose, that must be made clear to the consumer prior to purchasing the product. If a product is causes harm when used for its intended purpose and no warning is present, the manufacturer of the product is liable for any damages.
