Fraud & Deceit

Fraud is an aspect of consumer law that is open to a broad interpretation. In most instances, fraud is very difficult to prove, and the points of contention may differ only in the perspective of the buyer and the seller. To determine fraud, it must be proven that the seller of a product knowingly deceived the buyer into believing that the buyer was going to receive a product or service different or inferior to what had been promised. If fraud is proven, it is grounds to void a signed contract and thus terminate an agreement of terms. The links included herein relate to fraud and Deceit.
