Books & Manuscripts

Considered an art form, literature has been used to express mankind's deepest observations, most profound thinking, and firmest beliefs. While literature is a form of self-expression, it also represents a profession, with writers being well paid, at times, to produce their works. The term literature, which originally designated all written language, is now only used to describe a variety of genres, including poetry, novels, and drama. The study of literature is included in the curricula of most, if not all, secondary schools and universities. The links included herein relate specifically to books and manuscripts.
