Michael Kindt

I graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.S. in statistics in 1994. From 1995 to 1997 I worked as a high school math teacher in Nevada. In the spring of 1997 I left my job as a teacher and became a professional sports bettor and handicapper. I had been betting sports and generating steady income since my college days, but decided to see if I could do it professionally. Ten years later, I am still at it. In addition to my wagering, I operate the website PrecisionPlays.com, a sports handicapping and consultation service.

Interests and Hobbies:
My hobbies include reading and walking my dogs. I am a voracious reader, consuming 2 to 3 books a week. My interests and intellectual pursuits are primarily statistical and work-related. I spend many hours each day analyzing sports and odds data and applying Bayesian probability and frequentist probability to this data. I have been able, through these efforts, to determine what I call positive universes in sports wagering.
