My responsibilities include customer relations, product development, product promotion and writing articles describing the benefits of using some of the assessments we offer. I also handle all the accreditation details for courses we develop to make sure the appropriate accreditation is acquired for all of the courses we offer. We're a small business so my responsibilities also include web development, programming, marketing, sales, management and accounting.
