Formerly a senior staffer for the U.S. Congress and the National Governors Association, and a full professor at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Interests and Hobbies:
Regular walking in wooded areas, cooking healthy meals, gardening and following national and world news somewhat obsessively.
