Stephen Bush is based in Ohio and provides business financing and short term financing assistance throughout the United States. Steve arranges commercial real estate loans (up to $25 million) for purchases, construction and refinancing and immediate short-term working capital financing (usually up to $300,000). Prior to founding AEX Commercial Financing Group, Steve served as an officer in the U.S. Navy Supply Corps and as a financial/real estate investing consultant. He received a BA degree in Business Psychology from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of California (Los Angeles) and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma (national business honorary) at UCLA.
