Ian Finlayson

I am a retired professional engineer with teriary qualifications in Electrical Engineering (B Sc, from St Andrews University, Scotland). I also have teriary teaching qualifications which I am currently upgrading to a Masters degree.

Interests and Hobbies:
My personal interests include classical and celtic music. I have played violin in a number of orchestras and chamber music groups and was conducter of a regional orchestra in Australia (Broken Hill) for 9 years. I have also played celtic style fiddle music in a number of traditional bush bands

I also have a passion for growing and cooking with herbs and spices and have studied the therapeutic properties of medicinal herbs from folklore and traditional to current herbology sources.

I also find information technology and the functional and aesthetic development of websites extremely intellectually stimulating
