•Dennis’ responsibilities also include the development of legal documentation and agreements for Franchisees, Territory Sales Agents, and Clients in close consultation with legal counsel.
•Dennis has developed specific marketing and sales programs and conducts training in these areas for Schooley Mitchell Franchisees that have received national award recognition.
•Dennis has a background in Public Accounting and Management Consulting, spanning over 20 years, that has resulted in development of a successful, multi-faceted business.
•Dennis is an experienced public speaker with engagements in many forums, covering a wide variety of topics including, Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Taxation, Management Consulting, Technology Development, Business Planning, Franchising and a series of other topics throughout North America.
•Dennis has been the primary negotiator for a number of multi-million dollar contracts for Professional Services, Software Development, and Computer System Installation and Training.
