I am a former Realtor with a Bachelors Drgree and continued interest in Real Estate Economics. I enjoy writing on real estate economic topics as well as on topics that help first time buyers prepare themselves for the joy of purchasing a home.

Interests and Hobbies:
I am a real estate speculator and enjoy construction and other home improvement tasks. I also enjoy motorcycles, taking at least one multi week trip/ride per year. I own several classic Harley Davidsons as well as my primary crusier.
