Carl Chesal, has over 30 years of high tech and IT marketing, sales, channel and technical/operations support experience. He is particularly adept in leading multi-functional areas across multi-company boundaries – from customer pre and post sales support to marketing and partner sales/development.

In his 17 year career at Sun Microsystems, Carl held a variety of Marketing and Sales positions, including Canadian Volume & SMB Partner Manager, Canadian Partner Sales Manager, Eastern Canada Field Marketing Manager, Canadian Channel Manager and National Technical Support Manager, Eastern Canada Field Marketing Manager. Prior to Sun, Mr. Chesal held successful Support Management and IT Operations Management positions with such premier organizations as Hewlett-Packard, Maritime Life Assurance, Nova Scotia Government and Aliant.

Carl holds a BSc Degree in Mathematics from Saint Mary's University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, has been an active volunteer and trainer with the OPP and Ottawa-Carleton Community Police, an executive member of CIPS, UniForum, National SchoolNet Committees and Junior Achievement and team leader volunteer for the 2001 Special Olympics, Ottawa and Jerry Lewis Telethon, Toronto (1985-87).

Carl is a professional photographer who has captured many sports and music celebrities.

With his wife Janet, Carl also managed a small Health & Beauty Franchise. Currently they have built and optimized 6 retail eCommerce websites, which retail items like: Clothing, Pewter, Jewwelry, Leather Bags, Home and Collectibles, and soon Business and Professional Services. Interests and Hobbies:
Carpentry and do-it-yourselfer, avid snowmoblier, professional and hobby photographer, wide and varied musical tastes and interests.
