In 2004, denim maestro Paul Guez, and fashion designers Alexandre Caugant and Philippe Naouri came together to form Blue Holdings Incorporated, of which Antik Denim is a subsidiary. Paul Guez, Chief Executive Officer and one of the founders of Blue Holdings Inc has over thirty years experience in the jeans and fashion industry. He was the creator and president of Sasson Jeans. His name is associated with many top names in denim, such as Tarrant Apparel Group founded by his father, and Taverniti So Jeans.
