Jennifer McCoy

I am a senior management consultant who has worked with a wide range of industries — small to large commercial organizations, and in industries such as Superannuation, Health, Local Government, Education, Emergency Services, and Aged Care — training and coaching leaders and staff to manage workplace changes.

I am an experienced and qualified coach, having studied with the Institute of Executive Coaching Australia Ltd. I am also an Accredited Facilitator of the organizational change program Investment in Excellence and a Registered Trainer/Coach in Quality Management. My time is also taken up as a member of the Advisory Board of Australasian Auditing and Certification Services and as a member of the Planning Committee for the 2007 National Conference of the International Coach Federation (Australia). I have a Master of Management and a Master of Educational Studies and run the Human Resource Management and Small Business Management courses, units in the MBA/MMgt courses, for the Australian Catholic University.
