 Ujwala PrabhuIt seems as though I have always been interested in computers & technology and drawing. In technology, I started with basic and the ZX Spectrum. Somewhere along the way my interest in gadgets waned. Nowadays my interest is more towards the changes taking place on the Net and keeping up to date on web 2.0 sites and applications. Though I started my career in the Food Industry, my love for computers took me to work for Apple Computers India. I quit working when we moved to Shanghai in 1999. Subsequently worked for an Internet start-up before quitting all together. I am now trying my hand at drawing and painting and on the side I surf. I think its the other way around actually. When I quit, I felt that I had so much time on hand! I spent a few years trying out different things like learning Tai Chi, Carnatic Singing, Mahjong, Bridge, Golf, Yoga, Satsangs and finally a couple of years ago I dusted my interest in drawing which had been shelved long long ago. I'm am enjoying this experience a lot and I have so much of catching up to do. I thought I'd give writing articles in technology, art or any other area of interest a try.
