 Patti SchopperI have been in the real estate industry over 36 years. I sell and list homes and take care of the loans, including refinancing and home equity lines of credit in the Inland Empire, Southern California. My actual background started in 1970 where I worked in escrow for 18 years. I began as a Realtor in 1988 and have been a full time agent ever since. In 2002 I found that I could also do the loans for my clients, so I chose to become both a realtor and loan specialist. Now my clients and I can have complete control over each transaction. I purchase items and then restore them or change them over into something else. I am interested in all kinds of homes. Because I am a Realtor, I have the opportunity of seeing many different homes. I really love the older homes built in the early 1900's and the late 1800's. I also enjoy seeing how homes are decorated. Great Ideas.
