Hi, I am English and my primary background has been sales, management and marketing, principally for the motor industry.

For three years I wrote a monthly opinion column under a pseudonym for a UK magazine.

I am now semi-retired and living in Estepona, southern Spain. My passion for cooking has been with me since I can remember and my main interest has always been Mediterranean food and culture.

I now spend my time writing, running my tapas website and doing some freelance photography.

Interests and Hobbies:
Obviously my main interest is food, cooking and discovering new places and recipes in and around the area where I live.

I also have a passion for sailing which I do as often as I can.
