Tracey Mallett

Tracey Mallett is a familiar face recognized by millions of viewers as the popular host of The Method Show on Fox Fit TV. Episodes starring Tracey are still airing in many major markets.

A highly sought after fitness expert with over 15 years in the fitness industry, Tracey has contributed to Fitness Magazine, Fit Pregnancy, Ocean magazine, Cooking Light, BABY LA Parenting Publication and is a fitness expert in The Hot Mom's Hand Book, a new book to be released in May 2006.

Tracey's motivating attitude and versatile teaching style, combining many
fitness trends, keep her on the cutting edge. Her latest DVD series
Super Body Boot Camp: Burn It and Firm It is scheduled for release in early 2006 in Europe and spring 2006 in the US. The Super Body Boot Camp series is a no-nonsense, no frills program integrating kickboxing, martial arts moves, strength training, sports conditioning, and Pilates, designed to get you in the best shape of your life.

Tracey is the producer and star of 3-In-1 Patented Pregnancy System home video, the first DVD on the market to combine Pilates, Yoga and Strength Training for pre and post natal mothers. This is the first of a series of home videos which will be released under Tracey Mallett's
3-in-1 brand.

Mallett also starred in The Method's best selling home exercise videos The Method Cardio Boot Camp, The Method 20 / 20 Cardio Kick, and The Method Jab, Kick & Burn. As if that wasn't enough, Tracey is starring in an exciting new DR/infomercial Crunchless Abs, directed by Linda Shelton, fitness editor of Shape magazine, to be aired in January 2006.

Born in the small town of Bloxwich in the heart of England, Tracey started
taking dance lessons at the age of three. After earning a B.A. in Dance and Theater Arts from Italia Conti Academy in London, she danced professionally with musical theater companies in Europe and starred in numerous music videos. At this time, Tracey also started teaching dance and fitness classes in London. Between contracts, she loved the feeling of inspiring people to move and feel good about themselves, as there¹s a dancer in everyone, Mallett says.

She met her husband Chris while performing Grease on NCL Cruise Lines and moved to Los Angeles in 1996. In 2000, Tracey and Chris opened ATP Specific Training and Physical Therapy, a full wellness facility in South Pasadena offering all aspects of fitness and rehabilitation.
