I've got a Bachelors in Business Administration from Oxford Brookes University in the UK, and chose to live in Singapore because it offered a taste of Asia, with a reasonably modern environment.
Myself and girlfriend often choose a recipe that takes some serious planning and try it out. It's a challenge because we are never sure if we have the right ingredients or the right tools to do it properly. We seem to manage with a little improvization. When we are not at home cooking, we explore new places to eat around town and often look in the most unexpected places for a new food find, that we can put on the map. |
