 Greg KatzI've spent my professional life in service to individuals and families facing a chronic or life-threatening illness. I spent fifteen years in the non-profit sector in program management creating opportunities for those facing illness to feel empowered, supported and motivated to advocate for themselves. Over the past seven years I've created opportunities I've created opportunities for those facing illness to face their challenge head on with pride, power and perseverance. I strive to incorporate a holistic approach to health and healing. Currently I'm working on my PhD in art and healing. I'm a textile artist and have used my art as a catalyst for others who want to heal or improve their quality of life through creative endeavors.Interests and Hobbies: I love to read but only non-fiction, I like learning something new all the time. Art takes up a big part of my life so you'll often find me at the sewing machine or at a craft supply store looking for new items to use in my artwork. I went back to school last year pursuing a PhD in Wisdom Studies. I'll punctuate my graduate work with a concentration in art and healing. I am the proud parent of two dogs and two cats that keep me on my toes. The energy is infectious and keeps me young. |
