Khayyam Jones

I am a real estate investor and Realtor in the state of Utah. I have been involved with real estate for over 8 years including residentail single family and multifamily property, commercial property, property management and small residentail development.

In additional to working in real estate I have completed my bachelors and masters degrees from Brigham Young University. I was an adjunct faculty member of Utah Valley University for 5 years.

Interests and Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, camping, and being outdoors. I also enjoy ballroom dancing, athletic & sports activities. Of course I also enjoy watching movies and playing games on the Wii.

I spend most of my time working and studying real estate investing. I currently specialize is distressed property including financial distress (foreclosures & short sales), physical distress (fixer-uppers & tear-outs), zoning & development and residential property management.
