Laura-beth BrownI'm currently 18 years old and have a passion for reading and writing.I live in Australia and would love to travel to America, Russia, England and Japan. I finished High School in 2008 and hold an O.P 16 (average). I also have a Certificate II in Computers and a Certificate III in Customer Contact. I work part time as a Junior Supervisor, at Cornett's Supa I.G.A. I have no Professional background in journalism or being an author, but am very interested in the (near) future having several publications- hopefully. The only thing that I can claim to my name for my writing background, is that I recieved 1st in my year for the Q.C.S writing practice test (2008). For now I have a lot of time on my hands and would like to get opinions on my writing, -both positive and negative- as long as it's done in a constructive way, of course. Interests and Hobbies: I started to really love reading at the end of 2007 and by the end of 2008 I had read over 130 books. Before 2007 I had probably read a total of 60 books in my whole life and I'm so glad that I've embraced reading I don't know where my life would be without it. Nerd alert! Like most of the general public- the girl population- I adore Twilight by Stephenie Meyer, but I have a variety of other favourite authors such as; Scott Westerfeld, Jennifer Rardin, Jill Mansell, Paullina Simons and much, much more. Other than reading and writing; I enjoy playing Netball, listening to music, watching TV, texting/talking on my mobile and hanging/partying/clubbing with my friends. Oh, and I'm really creative... I love art! In highschool I was second in my year for art. I hope you enjoy my stories as much as I enjoy writing them. Thanks.♥ |
