Hi!! My name is Marcus Cox and I am some what of a serial entrepreneur! Several years ago I started as a Realtor for Avalar Austin, in Austin, Texas. Since that time I have worked heavily in the Austin market and I have expanded into to Texas Coastal markets as well as the ranch brokerage arena. I made partner at Avalar this year and will be opening my own office on the coast. I love real estate and have a wealth of knowledge ranging from the history of Austin to water rights issues facing ranch owners in South Texas. In 2007 I founded Rezon Investment Group (two companies: Rezon Horizon and Rezon Endeavors), a privately held real estate investment company. Through the identification of supply-demand source imbalances in capital, information availability, Rezon Investment Group achieves attractive risk-adjusted returns by investing in raw real estate, distressed assets and select commercial and residential development opportunities throughout Texas. I am the principle and owner of Rezon Group. Last year my wife and I started, Through Films, a film production company here in Austin. Through Films serves as a vehicle for my wife's acting and writing. The company allows me to work in an amazingly creative field and produce motion pictures that captivate, influence and entertain audiences. We wanted to form a company to produce projects we feel passionate about and this company has given us the opportunity to do so. We just completed or first project, Los Encinos.

Interests and Hobbies:
Here are a few of my passions and hobbies- Traveling, golfing, self improvement, working out, film, real estate, spending time with my dogs, friends and family.
