My most notable accomplishments include my book, Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly, and I currently host my own travel show that shows how different cultures interact, from a culinary prospective, on the Travel Channel.Interests and Hobbies: I'm very interested in travelling, eating, and drinking.. but then again who isn't.
