Mike McDougall

I have spent the last 5 years working as a travel wirter and marketeer and am keen to get more work published. I've travelled extensively in the Caribbean, Central America and Europe and have a vast base of knowledge to draw upon whether it be the cultural nuances of a particular destination or the places and things you must see and do. I am also a commercially endorsed sailor with over 12000 miles experience and two Atlantic crossings so am well equipped to write upon this subject also.

Interests and Hobbies:
As aforementioned sailing is a favourite pastime - recently returned from a year long tour of Europe and the Caribbean on a yacht. I'm also a keen guitarist and have been playing for 12 years. Snowboarding is another hobby and have been visiting Europe or North America every year since I was 16. Reading is also a firm favourite as well as maintaining an active social life with friends and family.
