She coaches chief executive officers, presidents, vice presidents, and business owners with strong entrepreneurial skills. By combining a process that measures outcomes with coaching the psychological aspects of entrepreneurship, her clients have experienced increased vitality and business growth. Starting with her experience in undergraduate and graduate internships as well as her professional positions, she has asked others to go beyond their current situation and become what they dream of. Elli is so on target with her questions and encouragement that her clients are able to apply their learning effectively and achieve desired business goals. Elli believes in partnering with her clients because it is easier to take risks and make big changes when someone holds you accountable. Her clients feel confident in identifying and developing strategies to be a more effective leader, plan more creatively, and overcome their fears and obstacles that interfere with their passion, dedication, and ability to build their businesses according to their vision. Elli founded her business in 2005 and offers 1:1 coaching, mastermind groups, seminars, and independent study products. She has worked for both profit and nonprofit organizations including food, retail, and mental health industries. Her experience in the mental health field spans 17 years. Elli’s work and volunteer history includes positions in program development as well as management and leadership. Her varied experiences contribute to her creativity, her ability to connect with people, and a deep appreciation for learning and understanding of her client’s business style and culture. Currently, Elli serves as a board member for the Boston chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). Since she often encourages people to create a community within which to build their businesses, Elli finds being a member of NAWBO and other networking groups is a great way to avoid isolation and build relationships. Elli trained at the Coaches Training Institute. She received her baccalaureate in Music Therapy from Emmanuel College and a Master’s of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University New England.Interests and Hobbies: I enjoy reading, playing the piano, singing, knitting, baking, baseball, languages, psychology, gardening, and dancing.
