Kim SteeleI have been living in France for the past 17 years and have been cooking French food from the start. I grew up in a family where gourmet food was the norm and the interest in quality food has stayed with me throughout my life. I decided to share my love of good food and my gratitude for the plenitude of our modern well-fed lives, through my website.One thing I have learned being a foreigner for so many years, is that all of the stereotypes of others we are presented with just aren't true in reality. Most of the cooking that goes on in France is not at all fussy and is actually quite simple. What characterizes good French food, is the attention paid to it, the quality, and most important how it is enjoyed. Interests and Hobbies: Cooking, of course, is something I enjoy and spend a lot of time doing. .Running and yoga balances out all of that good food! I am very interested in the country in which I live and love touring around France and learning more and more about my adopted country's culture and history. I am currently having a wonderful time learning about how to make a quality website.
