Interests and Hobbies:
I love to listen to music: Sun Ra, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Brian Eno, the Beatles etc. I write poetry, articles, e-mail, and plenty of posts to forums on the Net. I love doing yoga, energy work, meditation-guided visuals or deep breathing techniques. I am very much involved in reading channelings of the profound changes taking place on our planet since the Harmonic Convergence and using that information for my evolution.
