Yancey Thomas JrYancey Thomas Jr has functioned as Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 trained mediator/neutral in alternative dispute resolution of employment and general civil issues for over 10 years. Mr. Thomas formalized his dispute resolution/conflict management skills in the spring of 1998 when he successfully completed and achieved a certificate in the Tennessee Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission approved training program. He has lectured to professional,academic,civic,community and workplace groups. Yancey is also a member of the national panel of mediators for The Alliance for Education in Dispute Resolution and Cornell University. he also holds mediation certification with the American Association of Christian Counselors.Interests and Hobbies: Mr. Thomas has been a certified fitness instructor for 15 years. With expertise in aerobic, kick box, spin cycle and personal training. Yancey's passion for employee rights has led to his building a web presence to educate and raise awareness.
