Brian Talley, the founder of Regent Property Group, is an experienced Austin realtor and licensed Austin real estate agent and licensed Austin real estate broker with extensive experience in both Austin commercial real estate and buying and selling Austin homes.

Prior to starting Regent Property Group, Brian Talley first worked as an Austin commercial leasing agent and Austin commercial developer assistant at Weston Companies before joining USI, a national corporate real estate services firm.

At USI Brian Talley leased and sold more than 575,000 square feet of residential, office, and industrial properties including Austin office space, producing impressive results for his customers and for USI. When USI was acquired by Fortune 100 firm Johnson Controls Brian worked as a Vice President of sales for their global orate real estate and facilities services group. Brian Talley formed Regent Property Group after noticing the lack of highly trained corporate real estate executives serving the Austin real estate community.

Brian Talley formed Regent Residential for those in need of an Austin home for sale or those needing Austin realtors to find an Austin home. He formed Regent Commercial for those searching for Austin commercial real estate, Austin office space, or an Austin office lease.
