• Headed program development with direct resellers and Fortune 500 accounts; provided tactical support to State Farm, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Deloitte & Touche, Ford Motor Company and others.
• Ensured on-time order delivery; boosted distribution and warehouse productivity levels; analyzed and enhanced POS reporting systems and overall efficiency, resulting in customer service rating improvements.


Interests and Hobbies:
Hobbies and interests include several outdoor, home improvement, writing with my spouse, and woodworking activities.

I enjoy camping, backpacking, mountaineering, rock climbing, and other general outdoor activities. I spend lots of time working on home improvement projects of various difficulty levels. Advanced woodworking is another one of my interests. From building cabinets to fine furniture I enjoy spending time crafting art from wood. Writing, though not practiced as much as I would like, is another great past time of mine. While I would never consider myself an avid writer, I do enjoy crafting a fine short story once in awhile.
